How to book a meeting room

 

How do I book a meeting room online?
 
1.      Patron must log into their account to place an online request for a meeting room.  You must have a library card to log into your account.   How do I log into my account

2.      On the homepage under the calendar click “book a meeting room”.

3.      Fill in the date and beginning/end times needed.

4.      Under “currently reserved items” choose which meeting room needed using the dropdown arrow.

5.      Click “save”

If there is a conflict with a previously booked and confirmed booking - a box will come up that says “dates and times conflict” and a graph will show available/not available times.  As soon as there are no conflicts, click save again and an email is sent to the library staff to confirm the request.  Meeting rooms may only be booked during the hours the library is open. Please contact Library staff if you do not have a library account, have special requests, or if you need information on available equipment.  For meeting rooms call 276-783-2323 ext. 235.
